As your State Representative for Illinois’ 114th District, I’m honored to serve the residents of Cahokia Heights, Dupo, East St. Louis, Fayetteville, Freeburg, Lebanon, Millstadt, Mascoutah, New Athens, New Baden, O’Fallon, Smithton and Washington Park in the Illinois House of Representatives.
Public service is my passion, and I’m deeply committed to meeting the needs of residents and businesses in the 114th District. In the past three and a half years, I’ve worked hard to advance legislation that lowers taxes, cuts government spending, improves public safety, and further supports our veterans.
In addition to my work in Springfield, I enjoy staying connected with our communities through a wide range of events. Each year, I host Property Tax Appeal Seminars, a Veterans Roundtable, Food Drive, Shred Event, Job Fair, Town Hall, Citizens Utility Board (CUB) event, and more. Furthermore, I happily donate my legislative pay raise monthly to local food panties to help feed the less fortunate. I’m always looking for new ways to bring helpful resources to our district and to improve the quality of life for everyone, especially in underserved communities.
One of the best parts of this job is meeting with the people I represent. Whether it’s listening to your thoughts on legislation, helping you understand state resources that are available, or hearing about issues that matter to your family—I’m here for you. I also welcome invitations to tour local businesses, schools, and community organizations. These visits help me better understand your concerns and needs so I can serve our 114th District communities to the best of my abilities.
