This week, my staff joined local leaders for ‘Freight Week’ to learn more about the infrastructure and logistics networks that keep our region and country moving. We toured America’s Central Port and Melvin Price Locks and Dam and rode aboard an Ingram Barge Company vessel.
I’m proud of the rail, river, and road assets we have right here in Illinois and the important role our region plays in the nation’s supply chain!
