Yesterday, I had the honor of introducing a remarkable entrepreneur and community leader from the 114th District, to members of the General Assembly. Nathan Stooke, CEO and Founder of Wisper ISP has helped transform the digital landscape in Illinois and beyond.
Wisper Internet now serves over 21,000 subscribers across six states—including more than 7,400 right here in Illinois. Today, Wisper employs over 225 people, including 86 Illinois residents who live, work, and raise families in the very communities they serve.
