Schmidt Opposes Lame Duck Session

When we are called back to Springfield on January 4, 2025 we will enter a “lame duck” session. Some of the worst bills passed by Democrats have come through during lame duck and we expect much of the same this time around. Illinois residents deserve better. I stand with my House Republican colleagues in opposing “lame duck” session. Say NO to Lame Duck Democrats.
