State Rep. Kevin Schmidt joined the Illinois Manufacturers’ Association and Department of Commerce & Economic Opportunity to present Branding Iron Holdings their Employer Training Investment Program (ETIP) Grant in Sauget. This grant will go directly toward upgrading their workforce through training and development, ensuring they remain innovative and on the cutting edge.
“Companies like Branding Iron Holdings are on the front lines of lifting up Illinois’ economy through their service,” said Schmidt. “It’s imperative that Illinois continues to support their efforts to remain competitive and ensure that good jobs remain here in Illinois.”
Schmidt highlighted Branding Iron Holdings’ employee-first approach stating, “The people-first approach is why the ETIP Grant is perfect for this company. Branding Iron Holdings has shown a unique ability to invest in its employees, and this grant will help continue that trend.”
Branding Iron Holdings was founded in Granite City, Illinois in 1940.
