Last week, State Representative Kevin Schmidt, in partnership with the Citizens Utility Board, hosted a free Utility Bill Clinic in Cahokia Heights at the Cahokia Library.
The event helped residents manage their utility expenses by providing guidance from an expert from the Citizens Utility Board.
Attendees were advised to bring their bills for a one-on-one analysis with a Citizens Utility Board expert to learn potential cost-saving measures and ask questions.
