Last week, State Representative Kevin Schmidt had lunch and a roundtable discussion at Catholic Urban Programs in East St. Louis.
“Today I had lunch and a round table discussion at Catholic Urban Programs in ESTL,” Rep. Schmidt said. “We discussed how their system works and how to lift up the community out of poverty. Pictured is part of their food pantry.”
