Moms On a Mission is hosting a FREE Back-to-School CAR-nival!!
They are working hard to gather and fill at least 500 backpacks (with a GOAL of 1000) to give away to local students in order to help them and their parents prepare for school. Members of our community are lining up their cars up, Trunk-or-Treat Style, in a Carnival Caravan to get kids prepared and excited to head back to school.
Backpacks will be given away first come first serve while supplies last. You don’t have to register and there are no zip code requirements. Just show up, have a great time and leave with a new backpack and school supplies! The event will offer carnival games with free prizes, free food and drinks, music, a Back-to-School giveaway, and more!
The event will take place on Sunday, August 6th at the Dupo American Legion Post #485 on 200 South 5th Street in Dupo IL from 4-7pm.
