Rep. Schmidt Meets with the Director of the East St. Louis Housing Authority

Today, Rep. Schmidt met with Angela Russell Perry, the executive director of the East Saint Louis Housing Authority. They discussed solutions to the problems the housing authority is facing. It was a productive meeting and both sides left hopeful of what can be accomplished to better the lives of the residents the housing authority serves.
